Yoga Classes with Mary
I am currently no longer teaching public classes but am available for private lessons for individuals or groups.
Below is a sample of previous classes and workshops taught in the Bay Area from 2002 - 2014.

FOCUS of the Year for 2011: The Brahmaviharas:
Unconditional love becomes possible when you practice cultivating the four states of mind known as the brahmaviharas. Collectively, these four qualities of friendliness or loving kindness (metta), compassion (karuna), joy (mudita), and equanimity (upekkha) are the qualities of true, authentic, and unconditional love.

Here is my current teaching schedule:
Mountain Yoga, OaklandVinyasa Flow, Level 3 (Int/Adv students only)
Tues, 9:30 - 11 am
Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow for Staff
Mon/Wed/and sometimes Fri
Noon - 1 pm
